They could get two teams if this actually gets built.  It would probably be the Chargers, if they are not already gone, and then it opens up to many different teams, including the Vikings, Jaguars, perhaps the Rams, Bills, and others. The 49ers are not leaving San Francisco. That is just leverage.  The Raiders might leave, though.  Every area that has two teams should only have one stadium, however.
